If you no longer wish to continue a service, it’s important to cancel your subscription to prevent further billing.
Log in to your Sitepacket Account.
Go to the “My Subscriptions” or “Billing” section in your dashboard.
Locate the active subscription you want to cancel.
Click on “Cancel Subscription” or “Stop Renewal”.
Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
⚠️ Note: Canceling a subscription will stop any future billing cycles, but you may continue to have access to the service until the current billing period ends.
